Do not recommend for free version

Would not allow me to use the free version. I even cleared and started over to see if I made any errors. Just had to file a simple W-2. App is easy to use over all to input ones info but definitely looking for something different next year as I feel lied to. I did not find out I had to pay till after filling out everything.

The program is not easy to use and very confusing. I was overcharged for bells and whistles. The customer rep corrected this problem.

Be careful which TurboTax version your purchase

I needed to get some insight on Forms 8962, how to complete using 1095A, and why I kept getting an error message when I input 1095A information for Form 8962. I purchases the Deluxe package so I could get assistance and it was never available. DON'T purchase the extra plans...a waste of money
