Delux over premium

Decent product if not for the blatant attempt to make me pay for the $112 premium version near the end without my approval or choice in the matter. only to force me to downgrade and then say that since i have a HSA i have to do the delux. doesn't really seem as free as i thought but the process was easy/

Turbotax is a RIPOFF!

Took me 2 hours for only 2 W-2s and a 1095! They also charged me $149 just for a simple filing. It's a complete rip off! I'm never using this crap tax service again. If it's going to take 2 hours then I'd rather do it online at many of the free tax devices like TaxAct. Their stupid app glitched at the end too and made it take even longer. I had been using it for several years and never have I been forced to pay so much, and it took over twice as long as last year and my last year's taxes were far more complex.
