40 dollars just to take the money out of the retur

been using the service for last few years, I hate how it wont allow me to pay out of pocket for the service and it charges 40 dollars to take the payment out of my return.

Way too irritating this year. kicks you out every 15 min, doesn't hold your place, have to enter information you already did, had an amount on there from a business I don't have. Completely frustrating experience. Intuit has ruined it!
