Easy, but not free

It's by far the easiest system that I've used. BUT IT IS NOT FREE OR CHEAP for a standard deduction tax return

1st time user or turbo tax

I've never done my taxes my self before always went to someone to do. So I done this year myself and surprising it was really easy to do. And if you have any trouble or problems or any questions someone is always there to answer your questions and threw the process

turbo tax is never free !!!!

was filing on the free service, was notified my wife could claim 300$ for non reimbursed school supplies as a teacher which she more than pays. upped my refund by 60$ then later turbo tax said since I'm claiming the deduction I have to upgrade to the 80$ deluxe version no mention of this before. no way to unclaim the deduction, scammed me for 20$. shameful dishonest
