I love turbo tax

The Opposite of Awesome

Confusing to do the most simple filing, and they charge an outrageous amount for the most simple return. It took me two hours to answer the same questions over and over and then they charged me $150 for the privilege of using the product. I have almost no income so I can’t afford this but they had me in a corner since I had already invested so much time in their redundant process. I will find someone else next year, maybe I just fill in the paper forms myself, it can’t be worse than this….

Process was smooth but some of it was misleading

Was not told up front about a $143 fee since I have an HSA with my job. Was told it was $79 and then it changed to $143 when I went to pay. Very misleading
