I have been using the service for years and have never had a bad experience with getting my taxes done. It has just gotten expensive at this point. If the prices keep going up like they have each year I may have to explore other options for getting my taxes completed.

Super easy to use but very costly for only having 1 W2, a standard deduction, and no other forms or incomes. I chose direct deposit and I incurred a fee for this as a 5 day sooner refund, the fee for using turbo tax, a fee for including my state taxes, and some ridiculous fee for deducting their cost for turbo tax from my return.

Was great until the end where they slap on 3 fees that were not there before. 183 bucks in just fees. Wasn’t the whole idea for this turbo tax to be free? Isn’t that what the whole marketing for it was?
