I really appreciate how user-friendly TurboTax is, and I love that agents are available immediately to assist. I can't recall the name of the agent I spoke with today, but she was very patient, kind, and helpful. My Support ID is 1540586039, which I hope will be useful.
As a side note, I think the option to enter a nickname should be optional. It can be time-consuming to choose a name that hasn't already been selected.
