Takes to long to do and some things are confusing. They always get you to pay. Never free and always forces you to have to to Max or Deluxe package. I never get to enjoy my refund cause of having to pay TurboTax so much

I am totally upset with turbo tax i am not happy that I had to pay 143 dollars just to file my taxes plus i had to fill in all of my info manually as you no longer pull my info from previous year tax returns i will be looking for a different tax service next year
