Change of Direct Deposit Information

The instructions for changing the bank account information must be more clearly stated. I spent an hour attempting to change this information. I had to call customer service. They were extremely helpful. However, it was difficult for them to find this information. A supervisor had to be contacted to assist with this task. The supervisor had been assisting people "all morning". Please make this information clearer for your users.

The Only Way To File!!!

I have used a CPA once for my taxes. Turbo Tax is the only way to go. Process is painless an so much cheaper. Why pay more for the same result???
