Turbo Tax WAS awesome, last year! But not this yea

I'm not happy that you no longer offer returning clients a free 1040ez and only offer new clients this option. Will likely not use this service next year, sorry for your loss.

Made out my taxes as their charge to use their app

Made it seem the price of using 'free' turbo tax was my state and federal then told me to pay over 300 for my actual taxes only after they charged me, then labling it as a deluxe charge but I clicked no every time! Scam! I barely get 16,000 a year and they are charging me 150 to use their website. Shame on them

Absolutely perfect. I had been trying to access an old email and could not but needed to also update my phone number among other account updates, for a week. At 3 in the morning these wonderful people online in customer service were able to assist me !! He was amazing. Sergio you are an angel!

Easier and Organized

Turbo Tax was very easy to use. They made the process super easy and fast. They educate you and allow you to better understand all the questions being asked. I also liked compared to other websites how it lead and took me to each step. only downside was that it seemed expensive.
