Like the general ease of use. The sales pitches are annoying. Very surprised I could not enter an investment loss of $20 without spending $40 more upgrading.

Hidden fees, beware before you file

I found the fees to be tricky. By the time I had spent 2hrs gathering forms and filling everything out I didn't want to back out ans start over. This year there was $115 in fees (Federal, state filing fee through Turbo Tax and additional $40 fee because an outside contractor also takes a chunk) for the cheapest filing option, no extra help. I did not find out about the additional $40 outside processing fee until the very end when I was ready to submit, which I find to be deceitful. May not be using this service next year.
