I love TT Period

Every year I use tt. PERIOD The services are very reliable and the prices are reasonable! I will never make the mistake again of trying another service; like I did Jackson Hewitt that one year... charging me over 500! Love Turbo Tax is awesome

TurboTax has gotten awful

Constant nickel & diming to squeeze more money from you unnecessarily forcing you to try and review all options to ensure you aren't being charged an extra $40 here and there. Look at EVERY option when it's trying to charge you for something extra. You probably don't need to pay it.

Will not use again

I used TurboTax last year, and everything was fine. So I decided to use it this year. I filled everything out on my own with the free account. However, when I got to the end, it said I could not proceed without getting the deluxe to “ maximize my return”. I didn’t want to start them over with another company so I decided to pay the $70. By the end of it, I had to pay $119 from my tax return. The only thing the deluxe did was to finally allow me to just sign my paperwork to file. No help whatsoever. Very disappointed, will not be using again.
