BOO TURBO TAX

Why can't it just be free. The government takes so much from us and now turbo tax is trying to squeeze any money possible from us too. I had to pay for the deluxe version because of something with my health insurance. I don't see how that makes any difference. Why does turbo tax need to get a processing fee of $40 for using my return money to pay for deluxe version instead of using a credit. To avoid the additional fee I used a credit card but now am at risk of getting hacked by credit card hackers thanks to turbo tax. BOO TURBO TAX

Dishonest and unethical

Incredibly dishonest program. Fools users into paying large sums to file. I felt scammed by the time I finished filing.

Michelle from Atlanta Made the Process Very Easy

The software was relatively easy to use. However, I felt most comfortable with having a live person guide me through the process. Michelle was the TurboTax expert that I spoke with and she was outstanding! She was very patient, explained things clearly, and was a very pleasant person to speak with. I will not use it again

I was charged fees that as far as I could remember were not mentioned until I had finished my taxes. I also started the free version and when I entered something that made me exempt they didn't inform me of that until my taxes were complete. It was also unable to get a copy of the completed taxes. It would not load to be printed or downloaded. Someone else had reported the same problem when I searched for solutions so I can't know how common this problem is, but it was not just me, In my opinion the guidelines for these reviews are designed to discourage honest reviews. I'm wondering how they can improve their service if they discourage the constructive criticism they have earned.
