TurboTax is great!

I am satisfied with TurboTax. But I could not navigate easily on the website pages. Few days ago, we spoke to TurboTax agent he gave us some good advice it was very helpful.

Date of Birth Issue Not Fixed

My tax return continues to get rejected because it says my date of birth does not match. I filed late because of this issue. Very disappointed in TurboTax and charging me a fee of $128 and still not having my return done on time.

Highway robbery! File for free on IRS website

Had to pay 3 times
70 for the do it your self
60 for the state
and 40 for the bank transfer
with tax $180 for a W2 1040!
Will not be returning. Evil company takes advantage of there pool customers. You won be getting anymore of my hard earned money! Thieves!
