I've used TT for 11 years now, really the simplest way to e-file without excess complication. It's continued to grow in the level of assistance and help that's available which I appreciate. One downside that almost took a star away, in the last few years it's really bumped up in subtle cross-branding push for other debt products, credit card programs (Credit Karma), loans, etc. from the Intuit brand family. Not a fan of that but the TT program is great!

If it was fre to file i wouldn't have to pay. It gets it done and i never get the credits im entitled to. I work to hard for my money to just be taken from me cuase i use this site.

Too many Fees

Takes too much in fees and have hidden fees. All of the fees came from the 1089-T form. A COLLEGE FORM. Im broke as it is, why make a college student with no Financial Aid pay $122 is fees?!?!?!?! I wish I could file without all the fees, I really need that money for my books.
