So easy to use. Take a pic of W2 (other forms too) and all info uploads….. Explanations are simple and straight forward. There’s always help but I’ve never had to use it!

Absolutely ridiculous having to pay 80 dollars because I have a 12 dollar tax credit, complete and total rip off being led to belive you'll be paying 30 dollars till the last step where they nearly triple their charge. I am out raged and they will not be having me as a customer next year. They should be more upfront on their charges
