IT A SHAME THAT YOU ARE CHARGING 79$ TO FILE FEDERAL TAXES AND 64$ TO FILE STATE. IN A TIME WHERE WE THE AMERICANS ARE BARELY MAKING IT. SHAME ON THIS COMPANY FOR TAKING ADVATAGE OF THE LITTLE GUYS/CONUSMER. IN THE STATE OF NY YOU CAN ONLY E-FILE AND YOU ARE TAKING ADVATNAGE OF THIS, PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF HUMANITY STOP TRYING TO PILLAGE ARE POCKETS.AND BANK ACCOUNTS

Confusing.

Confusing and not alot of information as to what certain questions pertain to. Also, if you don't have access to the information to answer their questions, there's no way to move on and come back to it, and it doesn't always tell you how to obtain the info either.
