I shouldn't have to be forced to pay for Deluxe because I have a retirement savings plan. I'm actually considering using a different company to file my taxes.

Charges and fees remain hidden/surreptitious

For the most part, the system works well, and offers good explanations of the different concepts and adjustments. However, the pricing and charges remain vague at best and predatory at worst. In my refund, I did not want the "deluxe" version, yet was automatically charged for it. The initial page where you determine which type of filing you want shows $79, yet charges for Federal and State then tried to automatically give me "Deluxe" for an additional $44. Please revise the way this is displayed.

Customer Service Rep, I don't remember her name but she was the sweetest person trying everything to help me. Stayed on the phone with me like 20 min dude. Seriously Awesome experience thanks a lot TurboTax Customer Service Team!
