Gets the job done but ridiculous with the fees

Tool is fairly easy to use but I think could still use improvement. When it comes to understanding what your options are some descriptions are not the easiest to understand. And a $40 processing fee just to take the cost of using TurboTax out of your federal and state return is astronomical. I don't remember the cost being so high last year but I doubt I will be returning to TurboTax next tax season.
