I have used Turbo Tax for many years. I like the ease of understanding the questions, with the help links if I don't know what something is. I also like having our information being copies from last year into this year's forms.

state forms were available way before date stated, and they never notified me that i need to file , even on the date they claimed. prices way too high, dont tell you upfront total they will charge
