False advertising

The “Free” was a lie . I had a $53 401k contribution that cost me $187 in turbo tax fees. Never again, next year I will go somewhere else.

Disappointing $40 processing fee for direct deposit for the standard 21 day processing option.. the 5 day is $35 EXTRA..tell me how that makes sense. This is a new add-on for 2024. So sad, Turbo Tax should be ashamed of themselves.. and the rich get richer.

It was a meh experience. I already don't get anything on my tax returns so when I have to pay to use turbo it kind of just made my experience at meh experience.

They made me spend $80 to file my taxes and I don't like that I couldn't do it for free
