Great Product, but automation isnt always best.

Very easy process but only filed federal because the automation of my state taxes once entering my federal was incorrect. To add to that it doesnt show me a detailed breakdown of state like it did with federal.

Turbo Tax is reliable

I have used Turbo Tax for many years with success. This year has seen many pop ups for additional services and it was very annoying and a major turnoff! Need to rethink this approach.
