I HATE TurboTax

If I could give TurboTax zero Stars I would. At every step of the way I am constantly being asked to pay more for a more expensive plan. Also the app is poorly made and was stuck in endless menus! By God I will never use this service again.

I have been doing turbo tax for a few years now and it’s been great. U can file your own taxes but can get help from an agent at any time.

This year I had to use turbo tax since I had no access to most of my paperwork since I’m moving, and the stress I felt every step of the way makes me feel like I need to just never move my papers before myself again.

It’s crazy how you asked if you could share our data, and then in order to pay with the refund, (essentially trapping those who are low income), it then allows you to sell the data and you aren’t liable? Crazy..
