They need to let seniors and non tech users assist

What should have taken me 15 minutes took over 2 hours. If they would be more clear about what is considered or qualifies as FREE maybe I would have been done in 12 minutes. Giving a response without clarification or directions is not user friendly.

Difficulty in entering 1099's as compared to previous years. Banks and financial institution access changed from previous years making downloading data/forms difficult.
