Turbo Tax Gives me Control!

overly complicated with attempts to automate. program skipped over documentation and automated processes got information wrong that i had to end up going back and changing anyways.

Easy is the name of the game. Makes an unpleasant process tolerable and easy. Also, the E-filing and audit representation don't hurt. We opted for the identity protection as well because in todays day and age, its almost as necessary as home owners insurance, but that's just me...
