TurboTax is not what it's cracked up to be

They offer free and then hide the option, then do everything they can to upgrade to features YOU DO NOT NEED! If you can avoid this service DO IT.

TurboTax is easy but expensive.

Filing taxes was easy and quick. I like how they save my information from the previous year so I don't have to re-enter everything. I also like there are multiple options to pay and to receive the refund. The only con is it is expensive. This should be free or at least a low cost.
