My experiences with Turbo Tax have been less than great. I haven’t been able to file IRS and State returns for $0 ever. I feel that turbo tax rips off people especially those who are disabled and older.

Seemed to work easily and gave a better refund than a free tax service this year, even with the cost of the program, which is way too high. I did end up having to guess what a couple numbers were once it was time to look for issues because I had no clue why the numbers they had provided were wrong, so I hope that doesn't come back to bite me.
