Turbotax is not useful

had to repeat filling out forms 4 times due to glitches in the software and or poor directions and poor placement of extraneous check boxes. due to the way the product prices were introduced i had to pay $79 for what i thought was free. Then found out that i needed to pay $64 mor to get state taxes completed. After reviewing hard to fInd small print i determined that Turbotax has become another bait and switch company and should not be trusted. Just as bad as the millions of hackers. I could have performed the same process with pencil and paper in 1/10 the time, 95% less stress, and $78 cheaper counting stamps. At one time turbotax was a polished and trustworthy name. Im just glad i did not have to use this piecemeal internet system when i had my business and used your system from day one (of Turbotaxes existance). My taxes this time consisted of 1-1040, 3-1099R,2-1099(SS Payments.)

The changes you've made to the platform this year are confusing and unhelpful. It feels purposeful to trick folks into spending money on your consultants.

We already are getting charged an atm and leg why charge when we are paying with the refund it’s already bad enough we are charged just to file for “free”
