Easy to use. It automatically saves everything when you unexpectedly have to log out in the middle of the returns. Asks questions. Easy to e-file. Ran into a somewhat confusing moment. Having to go back to my state return to e-file I couldn’t figure out where to go. I eventually stumbled on it and managed to finish doing so. It was at the bottom of my main page. This was frustrating. Suggest that when the process needs completing, it’s put on the top of the page with the words “complete to submit”, or something to that effect. Hope this made sense.

sneaky about the total charges I overpaid

it said it was going to charge me 49 and when it was all said and done it charged me about 150
