Turbotax abuses legal corruption in congress

Turbotax and other companies like it lobby our congress into making laws that allow these companies to be predatorial on a document that if we don't complete, we are legally held liable. It's disgraceful. What am I paying this money for?

Tell customers The total charges for filing as they file! I originally was only supposed to pay $19 but ended up having to pay $130. Scam.

Well, when I decided to pay the fees using my return, they charged me 40 more dollars, when I tried to back out and pay with my card instead, it wouldn't remove the 40 fee, so I ended up paying 128.00 to file a basic return... not happy.

I HAD NICOLE (AN AGENT) ON THE PHONE AND WAS ABLE TO SHARE MY SCREEN WITH HER AND SHE BASICALLY GUIDED ME THROUGH EVERYTHING.. WONDERFUL HELPFUL AND CHEERFUL.. Turbotax is awful

1. Added a $$$ package I didn't order. Doubled the price. What happened to "FREE"?
2. Price of said package went up $10 overnight.
3. How many times do we have to enter drivers license, checking account numbers?
4. HOW MANY TIMES DO WE HAVE TO REVIEW THE REVIEWS?
5. 30 minutes have passed and "this may take a few minutes"? Really? Valentines day is coming. 4th of July, Christmas...
Tax data entry was easy, but I won't use it again.
