I have used Turbo tax for MANY years and have always found it to be intuitive and so easy to use. It has taken A LOT of stress out of the tax filing process. HOWEVER.....this year there was a GLITCH and no matter how hard I tried to fix it myself, it was not possible. The GLITCH was created by Turbo Tax carrying an amount from a federal form onto my State (MA) form and the directions for correcting that were not clear. Fortunately, I called Turbo Tax and was aided IMMENSELY by a BRILLIANT WOMAN NAMED GABRIELLE! Gabrielle was UNBELIEVABLY THOROUGH and REMARKABLY PATIENT! As it turns out, the number in question was from a 1099 R form and it could not be entered on both the state and federal forms (although Turbo Tax did that for me). Once I deleted it from the State form, everything was good to go. I was very frustrated because I had already paid to file and could not figure out how to fix this, but Gabrielle came to my rescue. I cannot express enough how professional, calm, and patient she was. It was such a pleasure to work with her. She is an INCREDIBLE ASSET to your company....... THANK YOU GABRIELLE!
