Turbo Tax was relatively easy to work with, but took twice as long as the estimated time to complete. My wife and I have used this service for over ten years and have been satisfied with the outcome.

Overall pretty easy to use, just wish the 1099G form was set up better, due to TurboTax asking for a lot of information that isn't available on the form.
