The overall experience was great, but the cost of Deluxe was exorbitant, especially since I didn't have a choice on whether or not I wanted to upgrade.

The help provided for errors during the import of the W-2 was no where to be found. I paid for filing federal and State and the State was a nightmare because of you importing the W-2 wrong. After all these years I can tell you that you will not see me use your OVERPRICED UPSOLD service again.

So glad I tried TurboTax out 5 years ago. I'll never go back to that other crap of using someone and paying more money and getting less back and it gets easier and easier every year to use turbotax. So happy they exist
