Turbo tax is awful!!!

Never using turbo tax again just wanted to do a simple return and it forced me to upgrade and pay $79 and how did $79 turn into $274 for fees. I have been using turbo tax for the last 10 years and this is my last year.

I have used TT for years now, I usually do love the service but I find it crazy to ask 1 question they double the fee for filling. Live help I understand if I needed help throughout and had multiple questions, but I have one and it jumps from $60 some to $120 some
