I've always loved the user interface. It's clean, simple, easy. And I love all the helpful articles for things I don't know about. Only thing, I don't know if there's an option already but I would LOVE a dark mode.

I found out from talking to someone else that the past two years I was paying an extra fee for turbo tax; Just because I claimed two other businesses that made less than $200, And after submitting it, they said there’s nothing I could do to opt out of the extra fees. They charge me. And TurboTax gave me no warning. I’ll be a lot more hesitant to use TurboTax in the future, even though I used it for many years; because I even got a service referral code that it wouldn’t let me put in to save 20 percent

What more can I say that hasn’t been said by millions of other users? Easy to use, clean modern interface, useful help articles, on demand live tax advice and a time to complete estimate. C’mon, how can it get any better?
