Asked me about my percentage of ownership of my home and forced me to enter the number 1 otherwise I couldn't file AT ALL. So weird and confusing. Stop asking trick questions.

Want the CD back

I prefer having the CD to do my taxes since I prepare for my son and myself separate returns. The cost of filing individually is a burden on me.

This is a good app but I don't like how it strong arm into upgrading. I wanted to stay at the product I chose but I wouldn't go forward until I upgraded. So I ended up spending more money than I wanted. A disappointed customer

Absurd and superfluous up-charges

turbo tax handled my tax well but it should be able to access prievious returns to aquire the AGI for instance.

It's Deductible failed me.

The It's Deductible failed me. I tried three times to enter items that I donated only to have the software return to the sign on screen. I eventually determined the value myself. This is not my past experience, and I know that I didn't capture nearly all the items the I donated.

Best sOFTWARE

20 years of using TurboTax I have a lot of confidence and have never encountered a refund delay or filing discrepancy. I am able to complete and file my Federal and State taxes in less than 2 hours, can't beat that!
