Goods and Bads

The goods:
- Easy filing for simple tax situations
- Relatively cheap
- Quick (I did all of my tax filing in around 60-90 mins)
- Easy filing for simple tax situations

- Quick (I did all of my tax filing in around 60-90 mins)
The bads:
- I was charged for “MAX” service at the end which wasn’t even in my cart (had a total of $143 for federal and state returns in my cart and then was charged $202)
- I had to go through multiple support members to get the above resolved (the first few just said “sorry, nothing I can do” because I did self-service and did not pay more to file using an agent).
- Constant ads for other services
- Some of the wording in sections (especially in deductions and health insurance/HSA coverage) could use more clarification
