We were mislead by your advertising that we could qualify for free tax filing if we use only 1040 form. You charged us more...$119!!! It was more than double the price if we bought the software. We have been even been audited by the IRS. We don't receive enough income to pay taxes! You are no longer reputable and we will never use your services. Seniors don't appreciate being scammed!!

Would do 0 star, you should be upfront about the service fee and the rest of the fees that you don’t see until the end. $120 is ridiculous to be charging for your average site.
