"free filing" is $80

I qualify for free filing, but it would not give me that option. Nor would it let me submit my 1099. This is an absolute joke. Yall are ripping us off $80 when I meet all the qualifications for "filing for free". Also, the "start filing for free" and then you get all the way to the end, and it costs $80 to file is incredibly misleading. Turbotax is not what it used to be--even compared to last year.

Turbo Tax is too expensive when you already owe.

The software is very helpful in gathering all of my correct information as well as correcting any errors. However, it is an insult to injury being charged $143 on top of already owing in taxes. You charge too much.
