It got caught in a loop several times irreparably causing me to file state taxes via snail mail. It should also have some sort of toggle to see if it's better to file one filing status or another. It said I should be done in 30 minutes based on my initial info, yet it took 2 hours...It would've been a simple 1040EZ file if I did it the traditional way.
