7 MOTORCYLES?!?!

My wife and I's experience with this website this year is wild to say the least. It would never let us end this purgatory of a website. 33 minute estimation? More like 2 and a half hours. Also, we have never had to pay for this website but on 4 separate occasions, it FORCED us to pay more. When it ASKED us if we wanted it mailed or emailed, we said mailed. it said, "we think you'll like it emailed better" and forced us to pay a fee. not only that, the Captcha?!?! it said click the squares with motorcycles. THERE WERE 7 DUDES ON MOTORCYCLES!! safe to say, going to a professional next year.

I think the cost is a little too high but over all it was some what easy to navigate

Easy to use, online help if have questions during filing. Can pull last years info up to make things easier. Will continue to use this.

Does what's intended

Easy to use but will quickly throw random charges in when you're not paying attention. Don't go through it once, go through it multiple times so that you can make sure you're paying for what you want/are using.
