TURBO TAX WAS MUCH BETTER BEING FREE.

Not exactly “Free”

Very quick and easy to use, but the price isn’t exactly “free”. I skipped using the paid deluxe packages, and kept submitting that I wanted to continue using the free packages. By the end when I put in my card information for my return, my total amount for using TurboTax was $157, far from free. I would be okay with this price if it didn’t come as a surprise. Very predatory and unclear additional fees.

Every 5th page is just TurboTax trying to trick you into purchasing extra services that you don't need. Even after declining they overpriced offers
