Excellent and easy to use! Very helpful too, I fat fingered one number and filed, TurboTax notified me immediately and refiling was easy and free.

Good Service but Getting Pricey

Easy and quick to file my taxes using Turbo Tax. Not only does it autofill my information to cut down time they also help to find tax breaks so I can get the most of my tax returns. My only issue is that I have to pay extra to file BOTH my STATE and Federal tax forms. With the amount I pay to file I could find an actual person who will file my taxes for me, which pretty much defeats the purpose of using Turbo Tax.

Turbo Tax is easy but glitchy.

Turbo tax is easy to use, but it continues to get more and more expensive every year. It seems like it continues to glitch in the same dumb places every year and TT isn’t smart enough to fix it, but the people of the internet are. For instance, Utah won’t let you file with capital letters in the Tax withholding ID number. It default enters them as capital letters and then offers no help to the actual problem. I’ve been trying to figure this out for weeks. Finally googled it. Thank you, people of the internet. Turbo Tax, figure this super easy glitch out or at least offer helpful information in your info box. It would also be nice if when you told me there was a problem that I could click a link to go directly back to the problem.
