There absolutely a joke. If you get a few hundred dollars for your taxes that your doing yourself to begin with just using there AI system pre set questions. I can understand if there is a ton of other things to be done with or if you get back over thousands, but for someone like myself who only gets 400 dollars back and to pay there 40 dollars to e-file on federal 40 on state and 40 dollars processing fees I mean wow. I’ll never use these guys again. 😡
