Hidden Fees

Overall, the actual process is Excellent. The main issue I believe is the constant asking for services to be upgraded, to spend more money which most of the time is unnecessary. Also, the constant fees at the end is almost like a Set-Up. All These Fees need to be made at the beginning before people get extremely upset after completing it, only to find out.... It isn't free, and it costs money to send it, and another fee to be taken if the refund is used to pay for it. Some people won't get as much, yet their being squeezed for every dollar.

Turbo Tax has done it again !

This is my 4 th year using turbo tax, and for me it has been the easiest way to go to file my taxes. My return has been rather simple each year but even if they were super simple I would still bet on Turbo tax to guide me through and file correctly . Will continue using year after year .

HORRIBLE . turbo tax has gotten worse over the years used to be free and now charge not only for the tax help but to pay with my taxes. this will be my last year using turbo tax... SAVE YOURSELF SOME TIME AND MONEY USE ANOTHER SITE!
