I don't appreciate the bate in switch pricing, Before filing I agreed to 88 $ ( fed & State ) & then you took 132 .. I like most yr customers just wanted to done , so I clicked ok, when 132$ was listed as the price. If you want to Charge 132 , fine , just be honest & up front about it. Everything else was fine , but I can not recommend TurboTax .

NOT ZERO TO FILE TAXES, SCAM

The reason giving 3 out of 5 is because you get us to do our taxes and then we can't go further without doing the deluxe edition. It's not Zero dollars you always make us pay to do them. So, stop adverting Zero dollars to file.
