TurboTax forced me to upgrade.

TurboTax forced me to upgrade to transmit my taxes. I was very much needing my full refund, and did not have enough money to pay for the upgrade. So it had to take from my refund. Terrible service. Will be switching to another tax filing service next time. Corporate greed at its finest.

Fix multiple state income please.

My W-2’s were fine. Box 16 was appropriate for each state. Resident state - all income, non-resident state - only non resident state income. The tool added these two things and overstated my income. So now I have to file paper for my resident state. This seems an easy fix. Please fix it. Thanks.

Payment "Option"

Filing was quick and easy. Problem occurred when I went to checkout, it gave the option to use the refund or pay with card. I chose to use the refund but it requires the card info regardless. Either way, ended up paying with my card which was aggravating. Don't give the option if it's there or faulty, or be more clear as to how the process goes.
