too expensive. cost 150 to file fed and state. I could go elsewhere but the import feature works great. Still not ahappy about the price

I keep returning to TurboTax

Every year I prepare my own taxes and have for at least 20 years. I like the ease of using Turbo Tax and I feel confident I won't forget anything. When I have questions, there is always someone there or a text box that will answer my questions. The interface is easy to use and friendly. I only wish it didn't cost so much!!! for having to do this every year, there should be a tax break from taxes.

Straight forward and user friendly. I have been using Turbo Tax for several years. Some of the prompts are redundant throughout the process but bearable. I would recommend this service to any and everyone.
