Easy but Expensive and There's Room to Improve

I was kicked out a few times. The explanation when I asked to explain hits was good, only one was a little confusing. The cost is expensive. I thought I was going to get charged for the State only but it is doubled of what I thought it was going to be.

Turbo Tax is NOT completely FREE

Turbo Tax was helpful, but please stop misleading people with false information. When people here the word FREE they are expecting to pay $0. Turbo tax listed so many processing fees after i was done filing my taxes.

Upsells growing like weeds

still reliable and easy, but number of upsells and addons get more and more each year, layout seems to have changed to make it harder to opt out. if it keeps trending this way I will look at other tax filing options
