Waste of time

Have used turbo tax for years, last time using it. Being forced to pay for deluxe, then being charged to use my refund to refund as payment method. Ridiculous.

Their service offers zero competitive value versus the competition that charges a fraction price. You don’t get any benefit and the process is just as streamlined and easy with other services.
