Website is horrible. Constantly freezes and you get the spinning wheel of death. Then the "oops, something went wrong" message. So frustrating having to enter the same information over and over again. Yes I have good internet and it should not have been a busy time to access the website.

Turbo Tax = quick, easy, affordable, and accurate!

I am very technology challenged, and I was worried about making sure what I was doing was correct, accurate and in a timely manner, especially something as important as my taxes. This was extremely easy and I felt very comfortable knowing that I wasn't forgetting something. It literally did the work for me. All I did was put in the numbers.
Pros: My employment status changed this year

TurboTax doesn't take care of loyal customers

I've been filing with TurboTax for over a decade and I just noticed that you can file for "free" but only if you're new to TurboTax, that's a crappy way to take care of returning customers, so next year I'll find a different way to file!
