Make the government pay not the people

Wow I am sick and tired of taxes and I know everyone is ,but to also charge us for us to get our money back from the government new rule when us as the people file make the government pay to process our money. What is the point of taxes beside to keep us down.

All I can say is WOW! For as expensive as it was to file, I thought the bugs would have been worked out. I pray to God we don't have to do this ever again.
