fast & easy charge outrageous $$ for your own work

It was fast and easy. But If it says 59 dollars for the process I expect to pay 59 dollars. I did not expect to pay 79 dollars plus 40 additional dollars just to file. I feel like yall are turning into scam artist. For that I could pay a real person to do all the work. I have been doing my taxes with turbo tax for many years but I feel like this will be my last year.

I like the speed and efficiency of allowing Turbo tax to do my preparations. I often make little errors as I am preparing documents and personal spreadsheets - those little errors are exactly why I like to use TurboTax! Thanks for rapid and accurate tax preparation
