TurboTax's error caused a huge waste of my time

I had spent over an hour and a half inputting everything correctly, and was ready to proceed to filing. Then I got a message saying I needed to upgrade to TurboTax Deluxe because I "have a penalty on early withdrawal of savings." So, that's a total lie, and I have no idea where they got that from. I absolutely did NOT take a dime from my 403b in 2024. So, in order to remedy the situation (because I REFUSE to pay more than I need to), I called TurboTax and although the woman who helped me was extremely nice (and no foreign accent, yay), it took 37 minutes to fix it. And by fix it, I don't mean they figured out why it gave me that false message, but that her supervisor had to generate a code so that I could get Turbo Tax Deluxe for free. Without that, I wouldn't have been able to proceed without paying, and as I mentioned, I will not pay more that I should have to. I encourage all of you reading this to not back down if you get a false error message like I did. Make sure when you sit down to prepare your taxes, you're ready to spend extra time to remediate any potential issues.

Won't let me fix a so called error

Ya my State was rejected due to them claiming I didn't add the landlord phone number on my crp I filled out. And yes I did in 2 placed. I went to check and it won't let me go to that spot it just said errors fixed. I'm not getting thus rejected again! You only get 3 chances to file before you have to mail it in. I'm nor happy, not happy at all. Going back to tax act where I can see what I've entered.
Pros: My employment status changed this year
