$2 Federal Refund??

I have been a Turbo Tax user for several years. This is the first time in my 42yrs of paying taxes that my Federal return is $2. Unbelievable! Next year I won't wait until it's too late to get an accountant to review my taxes. Also, at check out, there is no option NOT buy the Deluxe - I spent all that time on my taxes and Turbo Tax is not free Federal Filing. I don't trust it anymore.

This was my third year using TurboTax and I did have a little snag while using it. I was given a phone number to call and get some help and the rep was very up to snuff on their knowledge of the tax software. I will be using again next year as the software is easy to use and the personnel backing the software are courteous and knowledgeable!

You suck. You cost too much money to do, you say I'm all set then send me an email three days later saying it wasn't done. You suck. I hope your company flips upside down
